$299 is the minimum retention fee for The Sandberg Law Firm to begin work on your Chapter 7 case.

*Does not include the court required credit counseling (Additional $25 if filing single or $30 if filing with a spouse) or your 3-in-1 credit report. ($40 single or $70 joint)

$999* paid in full at the time of initial consultation:
Case will be filed immediately.
$999* paid within in 30 days if initial consultation:
Your case will not be filed until all fees are paid. HOWEVER, we will notify all of your creditors that you have retained our services. What this means is that your creditors will no longer contact you; they will be contacting us! The harassment will stop! Further contact with you could possibly subject the creditor to monetary sanctions.
This may require production of additional or updated documents.
$1299* paid within 60 days:
Your case will not be filed until all fees are paid. HOWEVER, we will notify all of your creditors that you have retained our services. What this means is that your creditors will no longer contact you; they will be contacting us! The harassment will stop! Further contact with you could possibly subject the creditor to monetary sanctions.
This option would require another office visit and production of additional or updated documents.
